I just want to be the first on your blog to comment on this! How exciting! Congratulations Gage! You will be an incredible missionary! As for the Ackerman parents, I pray that you will be able to get through this emotional and blessed time you have. Love you guys!

And I get to be the second. Congrats Gage. This is awesome. As Kimberly said you will be a great missionary. I am so excited for you. Bob and Gail and Mercedes and Roci and Aylia(sp), this is such a blessing. It is not easy but it will be so exciting for you as well.

That's where my husband served his mission.Awesome Gage! You're going to be the best missionary ever. You'll love the MTC. You're going to make the greatest friends in your mission (both companions, and the people you teach!) Hey Gail, send us his address, so we can send him notes and letters! yey!!!

Reading this post made me cry!! I can't believe little Gage, who use to recite Chicken Soup with Rice when we would come over for a visit, is old enough to go on a mission!!

Congratulations Gage!!
